Jake and Kieran spent years inside banks, payments providers and operations teams. They watched plenty of expensive AI initiatives stall, almost always because nobody took the time to understand the business underneath.
TrueAgent exists so that stops happening. We sit with the people doing the actual work, find where the time and money really go, then build the sharpest thing that fixes it. Less theatre, more profit.
