Our story
Why we exist
We'd spent years building enterprise systems in banking, payments, and insurance. And we kept seeing the same thing: great technology, terrible implementation.
Companies would get sold a vision of AI transformation, then get handed a generic solution that didn't fit their business. Half the time the tech wasn't even the problem. It was the approach.
So we decided to do it differently. We started TrueAgent to be the kind of technology partner we wished existed: honest about what's possible, practical about how to get there, and committed to sticking around after the build.

Jake’s the one who builds things. With a decade of experience architecting enterprise systems across insurance, banking, payments, and fintech, he’s seen every way technology can go wrong, and more importantly, how to get it right. He’s equal parts visionary thinker and practical engineer. The kind of person who can see where AI will take your business in five years, then roll up his sleeves and build the first step today.
Kieran brings two decades of navigating Australia’s banking sector, and an uncanny ability to spot problems before they become problems. His background spans financial markets, settlements, analytics, and marketing. Where others see complexity, Kieran sees the path through. His measured, thoughtful approach means every solution is built on solid foundations, not flashy promises.
