Our story
Why we exist
We'd spent years building enterprise systems in banking, payments, and insurance. And we kept seeing the same thing: great technology, terrible implementation.
Companies were sold a vision of AI transformation, then handed a generic solution that didn't fit their business. Usually the tech wasn't the problem. It was the approach.
So we started TrueAgent to be the kind of technology partner we wished existed: honest about what's possible, practical about how to get there, and committed to sticking around after the build.
